Think Anew: Ex-OSHA Candidate Tells The People Of Ilaje

The Ondo state House of Assembly Candidate, Ilaje Constituency ll, in the just concluded  National and States  houses of Assembly elections, Comrade Emmanuel Lebile has urged the people of Ilaje to ‘think anew’, to end poverty, marginalization, failed representation and  undevelopment  in  the area.
Comrade Lebile who contested on the platform of  Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) argued that, Ilaje, despite being the sole reason Ondo is listed among crude oil producing states  in Nigeria, have nothing to show for their God given resources, as  people of the area still lacks  basic social amenities and  critical infrastructures.
Speaking with The Nigerian Observer through a telephone chat  recently , Lebile called on the people to desist from vote selling, and vote for credible candidates of  their choice in future elections that will take Ilaje off  the lists of  poorest states in the country  to prosperity.
The former house of assembly candidate who frowned at  abandoned  projects  in the area, called on the Ondo state Oil Producing Area Development Commission (OSOPADEC) and  Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), to step up their game, revisit all awarded projects and ensure contractors return back to site, especially to the road  leading to Araromi sea side.
He added, “I will also use this medium  to inform our Ilaje fathers,  mothers, kings, indigenes and  non-indigenes that the money shared during the last elections was obviously spent for us to “siddon dey look” for the next four years.
“2020 is around the corner, ask yourself, what has the present government seat occupant done for us? What will they do if elected again? The choose is ours to make if we prefer our present state to a better one.”
He however alleged, instead of  using the state resources to drive massive development, that,  the government was busy spending  billions of  tax payers money to buy votes  in the  just concluded polls.
